Bluewater Resort & Marina offers one, two, and three bedroom Key West style units with fully equipped kitchens featuring granite countertops and sit-up bars. Each unit includes a washer/dryer, spacious dining and living areas with entertainment centers, balcony walkouts, and bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Some bedrooms have private balcony access.
On-Site Dining Options
The resort features a cabana open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. selling homemade ice cream, soda drinks, and a variety of arts & crafts kits. No formal restaurants are on-site, but the cabana provides light refreshments and snacks.
Recreation and Activities
Guests can use the private dock on the Intracoastal Waterway for fishing, kayaking, and sunset views. The resort has the largest pool on Hilton Head Island with a lazy river and kids' splash pad, plus an outdoor pool, hot tub, indoor pool, sauna, fitness facilities, mini putt course, multi-purpose sport court, and shuffleboard. Daily activities include aqua fit, morning yoga, music bingo, tie-dye, and water balloon games.
Location and Access
Bluewater Resort & Marina is the only timeshare resort on Hilton Head Island with a private dock on the Intracoastal Waterway. It is 10 km from Hilton Head Island, near Pinckney Island Wildlife Refuge Kayak Center at Hudson's Seafood (0.5 km), Bear Creek Golf Club (2 km), and Main Street Village Shopping Center (3 km). The resort has 2 EV charging stations and offers golf privileges at Golden Bear Course and The Country Club of Hilton Head.

The resort provides Wi-Fi access, elevator service, BBQ grills, and an Activities Center with indoor pool, sauna, fitness facilities, lounge, and games room.
